Network and gprs problem

My name is sudip kumar.i am airtel prepaid customer and my number is 9970379083.i stay in pimpri pune (maharashtra).i have activated gprs but this gprs is not working. In this area (sant tukaram nagar pimpri pune) network signal strength is really very poor so i am not able to make any call and i can not access my gprs.but i am paying for all these facility.

my approx 25 friends near dy patil college having same problem all are thinking that we should change the service.

so plzzz do something.
