I had made a apyment for prepaid mobile recharge thru ICICI internet banking on 01/10/08. It is not reflected even after three days and the company is not responding at all.

The 121 service in Chennai does not connect to Karnataka. Assured callback on 02/10/08 and 03/10/08 have not materialized. After internet search, numbers were found out for Karnataka. 9845012345 was dialled as 9845098450 was shown as "does not exist" by the Airtel Chennai phone used to dial (9003141405). The person there was most abusive and unhelpful.

Finally, when 98450 98450 was connected, the lady there was very slow in understanding and equally unhelpful. All in all, a very bad experience. Perhaps, it'd cost a small fortune just to get this money reflected on the prepaid balance.

Very poor service. Thoroughly incomptent and unhelpful. It is their responsibility to connect the payment, which they did not do.
