Unusal deduction of balance

Facing the problem of unusal deduction of my balance, hellotune is changed without my permission and on asking customer care executive said that computer is showing that i have changed it, and most important on 1 oct at 9:43 i have called in airtel and then on getting frustate customer executive activates 2 unusal services on my number without my permission which results that my balance was reached to -0.35 paise from 48.00 rps... thank u and i hope that u will take any serious action regarding to this...
