Witout my confermation for subscribing bol deducted amount from my balance

My mobile was at home. call came from airtel office to subscribe bol. Even my wife rejected the offer they deducted the amount from my balance. this is the second incidience with me. several such types of complaints are launched but no action is being taken by the concerned authority. Consumer court is the only way to teach the lession to such people.
