Pathetic Network

I am staying at magarpatta City, Pune (411 028). I am using Airtel for the last 7 months and the network is really

pathetic in this area. When I am out of the office building, the network bars are full (5 out of 5) but problems

still exists in incoming and outgoing calls (Voice distortion). And the situation really gets bad when I get into

the office building (Tower 11 in Magarpatta city). The network bars always fluctuate between 0 and 3.

I think it was a mistake to switch to Airtel as other services like Vodafone and Idea are really providing great

network. I have given complaints to customer care also for atleast 4-5 times but nothing has been done.

I think its better to switch to some other service provider. Everyone working and staying at magarpatta City thinks

in the same way. But the big question is why this company is providing SIM cards when it can't provide the network.
