Not receiving of bill and address not changed

My mobile no. is 9910533333. I was elevated as Judge, Supreme Court of India on 9.4.2008 and I requested for change of address since three months back. When I was Chief Justice of Delhi High Court at that time I was residing at 9 Akbar Road, New Delhi. Now I am residing at 15 Tughlak Road, New Delhi - 110 011. But in spite of many requests in writing as well as at customer care my address has not been changed and I am not getting bills for my cell no. 9910533333 neither at old address nor at new address. Pl. change the address as 15, Tughlak Road, New Delhi in your record and send the mobile bills without fail at my present address. Presently, there is a demand of Rs. 215/-, pl. send bill for the same at the earliest and confirm my mail.
