Excess charges on 1 minute call

I am charged 1 rupees for call time of 59 seconds but as it ends on 1.00 minutes or say 60 seconds my pre paid is debited by 2 rupees. i think international norms of 1 minutes=60 seconds are not adheard by bharti airtel and their own laws are made by them as their customer care executives say that if u count from zero 59 seconds make 1 minutes. this reason is beyond imagination for a literate person.i think crores of rupees are made by the said company by robbing 1 rupee for 1 second from their crores of silent customers who have not either complained or did not observed this technical roberry by bharti airtel.
