Incoming-outgoing barred

I got an airtel sim on 1st week of september, used that number for 10 days.after this period i got a sms from airtel saying that 'outgoing is barred for your number'.reason is 'not submitted required documents'.two days after receiving this sms i submitted all the required documents at their RELATIONSHIP CENTER.the customer care said that it'll take max of 48 hours.but now... it took almost 3 weeks.my complaint was still not cleared by the damn AIRTEL ..
