This is to draw your atention for the pathetic service that I have recived from the customer care of yours.on the 26 th of september I tried contacting your customer care and every time i tried contacting them.i tried for around 18-20 times every time either it was disconected or put on mute and no body responded after the cal was tranverd from the IVRS .After long time my call was taken by lekha and i asked it to be transevered to suprevsor available on floor to report the same the call was taken by Mr. Suresh thapar if i am not wrong and after teling all the poor service being delivered by airtel, He then put my call on hold and then dicoonected it which made the experince from bad to WORST.
I am sorry to say i dont think there is any any quality team keeping watch on your CSO.my issue was i just wanted to know my bill plan and to check my sms plan is activated or not. THEN I TRIED TO SWAP MY ADRES FOM RESIDENCE TO OFFICE AND AGAIN THERE WAS THE SAME THING that i faced my ofice adres was wrongly changed and when i tried to rectify it was not done.
if posiible who are the nice officer and the gentlemen who took the call as the suprevisor. I HOPE THERE WILL BE REVERT FOR THE SAME AND IF POSSIBLE PLS DO A CHECK ON THE PROCESS AS WELL.
