I HAVE RECENTLY CHANGED FROM POSTPAID CONNECTION TO PREPAID CONNECTION, AFTER SEVERAL INSTANCES OF NOT RECEIVING BILLS ON TIME.
BUT EVEN AFTER CHANGING, I WAS TOLD THAT IT WOULD TAKE 72 HOURS FOR THE PREPAID CONNECTION TO BE ACTIVATED.BUT IN CONTRARY, IT TOOK MORE THAN 4 DAYS.
ALSO, NOW THEY HAVE STOPPED MY OUTGOING WITHOUT ANY PRIOR INTIMATION, AND WHEN I HAD VISITED THE AIRTEL RELATIONSHIP CENTRE (PANVEL), THEY WERE LEAST INTERESTED IN SOLVING THE ISSUE, AND EVEN WENT TO THE EXTENT OF SAYING THAT IF I WANT TO COMPLAINT AGAINST THEM, I CAN GO AHEAD.
I WILL LIKE TO BRING TO THE NOTICE OF THE CONCERNED AUTHORITIES THAT CUSTOMER SERVICE IS VIRTUALLY NON-EXISTENT IN THIS CASE.
IS THERE ANY SOLUTION TO THE ISSUE?
