Airtel Mobile Office Not Work Properly

I am using Airtel Mobile office. My mobile No.-9801209173, My Home network is Araria (Bihar). I am facing trouble about 1 month. When I conect mobile office it connect properly but after some times it inactivate automatically. But When I use Airtel Live it work Properly & Continuesly. When I call Custome Care they don't response. They said send your problem on 121 by SMS. Please Help Me.
