Non availability of network range

I had purchased a sim bearing number 9970963612 from airtel in SEPTEMBER

There was a problem in the network range of my mobile in my house. There used to be no network/very less network range when I used to be in my house (KALYANINAGAR-KUMARCITY, PUNE)

I used to forward my complains to the customer care regularly but they instead blamed my handset which was in perfect working condition. I thereafter also tried with some other handsets but to no avail.

The complain was never solved. Finally I had to give up and throw away my sim card and get a new idea number

The idea of this complaint is an awareness which i want to generate in the readers.

PLEASE DO NOT BE A AIRTEL CUSTOMER.
