This is a complain specific to the arrogant behaviour of illiterate employee Manjunath from Airtel Bangalore Cancellation Dept. This may go well with other employees who behave likewise. Firstly this guy is very illiterate to provide customer service & I am sure there are numerous of his kind. Recently I was on a call with him for over 10 mins to cancel my connection & when he couldn't answer my questions about various options available to cancel, he arrogantly started saying "your voice is breaking" & disconnected my call. This is the most popular way for Airtel customer care representatives to get away from the customer. According to them whenever they don't want to talk further automatically our voice starts breaking out! How poorly these reps have been trained or whether they are trained at all? If they are so scared to face the customers then why the heck they are paid for? Airtel training dept really sucks. There are countless complaints on Airtel but pathetically their management neither doesn't seem to do anything nor they want to. If you really want to see how you are doing then allow customers to raise a grievance against anyone in customer care dept. I am sure your database will be full in no time. If any of the Airtel management person is reading this complaint then let me know what action you will take against Manjunath?
