Sealing money by unfair means

Airtel is doing open roberry. Two days before from today i.e. 14/10/08 a call came to me and a lady from airtel told that you had dialed to 543211 i.e hellotune subscribe number and asked for a song that will be given to you in two days. I repeatedly told that I do no want any hellotune and even not called on that number but still they forcefully activated the hellotune and told Rs 10 is deducted. This type of unfair means has previously done also when a service msg has came and on opening it Rs 10 instantly deducted saying that I had downloaded animation where I did not touch even a single animation. So I want my money back otherwise I have to raise a voice to the court against Airtel for these type of open stealing.
