Airtel cheats with its Advertisements

I came across an advertisement of Airtel asking to Topup with RC786 under special offer for Ramzan, which gives the user Rs 500 of talktime, 500 minutes of (Airtel to Airtel) and "485 gulf messages" I went for this Topup but Airtel never fulfill what they advertise.

My phone no : 91 9963529710 and my Transaction ID 1905324637. Every time I spoke to the customer care executive I was fooled by telling one simple line “Sorry for the inconvenience you’ll get the amount by Tomorrow”

If consumer code doesn’t have any way to stop this way of making money then it’s a very cheap way of making money by any company by faulty advertisements.
