Service got deactivated without any reason

Hi,

Airtel all of sudden deactivated my services to the number 9960290218 on 15th oct at arround 9 PM. I called airtell customer services and they gave me an answer that they do not know what is the reason. The customer care executive Shradha said it would get activated in next four hours. Whole nigh i kept on trying and it did not happen. In morning at 8 AM a again called customer service and agin i was told the same story but nothing happened.

I cannot call anywhere and have to call from PCO or from my office to customer care as my number is deactivated.

The customer care executive Shradha, was rude and asked me escalate it anywhere I want to.

No reason has been provided to me for the deactivation of the services.
