Arring of outgoing calls

My number is 9892129807. First i dont get a bill for 3 months, whatever amount is mentioned by the call centre executives was paid by me. this month when i made a payment of Rs.850 after two days i get a bill of Rs.1400 (due date being 15th oct). then my line is barred on 11th oct, now the call centre executives are horrible in their approach. pathetic. I am using Airtel since 7 years and this is the limit of my dissatisfaction. Dont want the number anymore
