Efund of my balance amount

I had a postpaid connection no.9967973182 which was disconnected in month of july i was assured that i wil be refunded the balance amount in one month.after so many reminders i hav still not received my balance amount. i went to shivaji park gallery on sept.12/09/08 where i was assured by mr.anup/mr.patil that i will get the cheque within 15 working days.wen i went again on 29sept i was told that company will issue cheque during first week but till date i hav not received it . i would request concerned authority kindly look into the matter.
