Airtel staff informed exceeding credit limit (?) and demanded the payment within 24 hours!! When I tried to explain that exceeding limit is better business for AirTel and suggested that Airtel must provide at least 2-3 days for payment, it fell on deaf ears!!!
Even then went ahead and paid the bill thru my bank a/c Bill transfer, the disconnection threat came from Airtel thru SMS. When contacted Airtel (ref784669053, 784682990, 784682989), the team member & Supervisor were rude and continued to preach and repeat the threats.
How can Airtel be so stupid to refuse more business as well as have rude and arrogant team members and supervisors 'helping' (harassing?) consumers? Do I have any consumer protection against this thuggery and harassments?
