While giving me the simcard all the information provided 2 me about the plan was wrong

There is an appco company who is dealed with airtel. appco sales girl named pammy came to my place told me she has a good plan for postpaid customer she told me tht if i take 2 simcard then for that 2 nos the intercalling will b free evn sms between us will b free this was the information given 2 me. but now after taking 2 simcards i came 2 know the calls between us is free but sms is not and in each bill airtel charge me for sms more than 500 and then my bill becomes Rs 1100.this is a big cheating done with me i want a strict action 2 b taken with airtel.even airtel executives are very bad they talk 2 us as if v had done something.
