Not activating the sim

One of your customer (sudha) executive called me and suggested me a offer of 599 ..she never told me that it is a post paid plan.and then one of your executive come down to my office and taken a cash of 599 and given me the form of serial no.563508... and given 2 nos... 1 is 9867602978 and other is 9867031287 and told to contact Manoj or sunita on these no.s but now the plan is still not activated after 4 days nor they are picking any calls...

they have given me the address: 2nd and 3rd floor
