Making credit bal zero

Hello sir i have airtel perpaid connection since last 2 years that is government card.i hve credit balance of Rs.1273 in my account on 17th sept and validity of my card expire on the same day but i forgot to refill it again as i was out of city as i am police man..when i come back there is zero balance in my account i gone to the gallry and ask about it they said that as u not refill the card within the 15 days after expuire of validity your balance amont gone sealed.i dont understand but my 1273 is gone for middle class people like us it is avery big amount so can you please try get refund of my amount to my mobile card with your sourses please. thank you. my mobile number is 9867718725.
