I had airtel corporate connection. when I lost my mobile, i requested to disconnect the connection.

They have promised me that within 7 working days the connection will be disconnected. My bills were paid by ECS facility.

But, after 2 months are also they have not disconnected the line and my ECS was getting deducted of the bill, which was not used by me.

Then, i thought atleast let me block the outgoing calls and called the customer care people to block the outgoing calls. And also, i had set an transaction password for all my transaction. Inspite of that, whoever had stolen was able to release the outgoing calls and use it. SO MUCH OF SECURITY.

Who is releasing these sensitive customer data? Is the system does not take care of all these things? how secure the customer's personal information, which is provided to this service provider?

After calling the customer care a lots of time, one of the customer representative has promised that the amount deducted from my account after the 7th day of my cancellation request would be refunded back to me.

But till now, no response for anyone. For no reason i had paid the bill for 3 months for the stolen number. and i really dont know whom should i contact for this issue.
