Non compliance of request for converting the post paid plan into pre paid plan

I was alloted a premium connection from airtel for marketing 10 new connections of the co. in the month of June. On 15th oct, as I was alloted a new connection from my office, I requested to convert my postpaid connection into a prepaid one at Kangra office. The lady manning the office makes different excuses and everytime I visit she gives a different reference for my required job. So far no action has been taken on my request by the co. Please immidiately do the needful failing which I will not hesitate to lodge a complaint with the consumer forum.
