Cancellation of my card

I have deactivetd my card before 3 months, for that i send needed information to airtel but i never received proper info. from them. but when i see that card now, the card is still activated.they charge last three months bil from my credit card.

i dont no what to do, that;s why i yesterday i went to chembur gallary, i submitted written comlaint against them.
