Topup was not made

I have asked for a Rs.500/- top up card for my phone 9748536472 shop keeper I am doing easy top up as I want the balance easy or card doesnt matter he did it a message came ID no.347769917 but balance is not there. My father told the youe ok where is my balance. The he replied I dont know you talk to the company. Now I request you to take necessary action so that I can get my Rs. 500/- top up.
