International SMS receiving Problem

Sir I am using this card. Whenever I sending SMS to other country i.e. I am sending it to Oman it is getting sent but when the person replies me from his number via SMS he is getting the SMS SENT msge but at my end I am not receiving this SMS. The person in Oman enquired with his Service Provider they checked and found their system ok. As per them the Problem is with Airtel (Maharashtra). The person in Oman is using OmanMobile Network and is in accessible Area.
