Last 3 to 4 yrs m using the GPRS service they didnt charge me a single rupee now this month he charge me 5000rs for GPRS data charge i called up to the customer care in regards of charges he told me will reverce all charges its worngly charge to you i said ok when it will happen he said withing 48 hrs i said ok but till yet not a single rupee will reverce pls help me ASAP.
