About New Scheme make my self so sad

Sir, I recharge my account for Rs 47 According to the message received from Airtel on 22/10.The scheme is "i can get Rs 1 for STD calling when i rechare my account for Rs 47.I Recharged my account For Rs 47.I didn, t make calls Rs 47, but the Balace show me Zero. Kindly look in to this matter and take action as soon as possible
