Deactivation of incoming and outgoing call

I am having mobile with Airtel prepaid connection having no. 977946658. From 18th of October'08 airtel has discoonected my incoming and outging call because of some mismatch between my documents and my statement regarding the documents. Even after submitting (on 23-10-08) the necessary correct documents I am yet to get my mobile activated for incoming and outging call. There is a total unprofessional attitude from airtel bhubaneswar office and the connection provider (9776121331) which causes untold misery for me as I am totally disconnected from outside world during this very important festive season. Please help me out.
