Airtel tower regarding

Dear Sir,

i am residing in Pondicherry, Murungapakkam. I am one of the customer of airtel for the past four years. Initially in our area (Murungappakkam) the signal is very weak for the airtel. But they have launched a new tower in Murungappakkam which make every one happy. Now, for the past 15 days the tower is not functioning. The signal is very very weak. We are facing many problems with out proper functioning of the mobile phones.

Kindly take necessary action for the proper functioning of the launched tower.
