Cant Get mobile Office Connection

I cant get connection for the last one week. when i call the customer care they will tell they will connect to the concerned department. and they will disconnect the call. and i cant call to the customer care for a day or 2. They are repeating this continuously still i cant get it. what should i do. i had an advice to those who are going to take the airtel internet connection plz don't recharge for it. it is wasting money useless because u cant take net.they will cheat u too like me.
