Blocked my Account and Ate my Balance

Airtel Callhome people have blocked my account because I didn't use it for 6 months. I had a balance of around 50 dollars in it. They should have sent me atleast one email warning that the account will get blocked. They did not send that. When I had created an account with www.airtelcallhome.com in 2006 and I got a confirmation email from them containing my username etc., there was no notice that if I don't use my account for 6 months it will get blocked or something. Kindly let me know if any additional info is needed. These Guys are doing Frauds. First they offer double talktime and all, and then they eat customer's money like this. These guys should be punished.
