I bought 2 calling card from Airtel vendor at the International airport in Mumbai in Sept 07. The card had a issue date of 09-01. Backside of the card was covered in Hindi instruction and we could not read any other details of the cards. when we reached our home out of India and opened the cards, we found out that the cards are valid for 6 months from date of issue. that is, when the cards were sold to us they expired alrteady!! HOW CAN THIS HAPPEN AT INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT OF MUMBAI... inside the departure area!! where not even relatives of travelers are allowed!!
