Airtel cell connection
Connection not working since about two weeks

Air tel pre paid connection was taken on 5.4.2009 the number of which is 919878546756. connection worked for two but later incoming got discontinued. I contacted moble store from where I got new cell phone and air tel connection where I was assured that incoming will be activated by evening. I waited for two days and when not activated I again contact mobile store where I was told to cotact airtel office. I went there on 9th april and gave complaint for which I receied message of complaint vide its number/ref nu. 0409025546. I was told that the number will working within 24 hcourt. I waited again for two days. Again I contacted airtel office sector 35, chandigarh on 13/4 again I was told that the number will be working within 24 hcourt. To my surprise, now outgoing was also stopped. I again contacted mobile store and airtel office on 17.4.09 again same reply was given that your connection will be restored by evening/morning of 18.4.2009. Today When I contacted one of the representative of airtel office at his moble number 9815001672, Mr. Kultej working with airtel office sector 35 to whom I consecutively met 3 times with my complaint I was told to contact after some time. The way I have been dealt with by airtel is found shocking. The aforesaid shock has forced me to submit compliant whic I think can help me.
