Unnecessary charges for IM

I have been charged for Rs.50 every month towards IM subscription, i have never suscribed for IM, infact i dont know what is IM, i have done complaint to the service provider every month as soon as my Rs.50/- is debited from my A/c.uptil now i have made total 8 complaints (since last 8 months) but they have ignored me.

please take this issue and do the needfull
