Dear Sir/Madam,
I am a user of Airtel service since last 4yrs. My mobile no. is 9890524575. i have wrongly sent a recharge of Rs.295 on the no. 9890524275, which is a postpaid subscribers no., instead of mine. i tried to call the Airtel customer care through my friend's no i.e 9665511449, but the agents only listen to my complaint and disconnects my call. i want to file a complaint against the service provider and want my recharge on my no.
