Be ware of Airtel Landline Connection, during connection of new landline, Airtel will commit that there is no shifting charges, but when you give request for shifting, your request will be delayed with committed dates of shifting and then starts day after day but there will be no shifting, in the mean time your landline no. will be deactivated, whenever you give call at customer care 44444121, the customer executives will give you fresh date of shifting and the thing will go on rolling, then when you get dissappointed and decided to cancelled the landline, you will get lots of call to know the reason of cancellation from Airtel and some of the executives will commit you to offer discounts, waive off charges etc. This is how such a big and well know reputed organisation losses customer's faith and making the customers suffers... this is what happen to me, I request others not to fall in trap with the Airtel connection.
