Etailer cheats the customers

Inspite of giving all the documents to the reatailer he did not submit my documents and kept on lying to me that he has submitted all my documents for the new connection.and as a result of this my connection got disconnected.why should the customers sufer due to the retailers negligence.the company should not be giving business to such people who cheat the customers.on taking another connection from the same retailer he did not fill the outstation form which he was suppose to know about.how on earth do the customers know which form has to be attached the information is given by the retailer only.
