Airtel Connection is not working in some places of my city

Dear sir,

This is to bring to your notice that the Airtel connection is not working in some places of my city. I live in Pune and my residing area is Bhelchowk -Nigdi, Pin : 411044. Whenever I'm in that area especially during the night time no calls are getting connected. While making a call I get an error message as: "Unable To Connect" whereas when any one calls to my number they listed to the recorded-voice as " User is not Reachable"..

I'm facing this problem for the last 2 weeks. I reside outside my home town and need to make and receive frequent STD calls. Its very frustrating for me to bear this type of worst service. Please take necessary actions to solve this problem... Eagerly awaiting favorable action.
