Communication due to connectivity

We have place the complaint with Airtel India for connectivity at our office & at Bommasandra on the way to Hosur near Bangalore for problems of connectivity. The tower marking is full on Nokia mobile N73 but cannot do call OR receive call. Still there is no reply from the company.

The Complaint Details are as under:-

Kindly help us as we are affecting our business. In the same area rest of all Service Providers are getting clear communication.
