Unnecessary charge of Rs 155

Sir,

I want to lodge complaint that I have been charged Rs 155/- as the charge of downloading wallpapers, which is unnecessary. In fact no such downloading has been done. Also I have not been sent bill this month I have come to know it through customer care who is not ready to do reduce the bill. My corporate connection charges nothing for downloading as said by salesman. My connection mobile number is 9717770292.
