Airtel CUG Connections

We have a CUG Airtel connection for 5 mobile numbers, out of which only two were used up to 6th November. On the 7th November the other three numbers were activated but to our dismay on the 14th November two of the numbers as listed below were deactivated;
1) 9600072350 &
2) 9003065333
We called the customer service centre on the 16th November who directed us to the nearest Airtel showroom which is at Mullakadai junction at Madhavaram High Road, Madhavaram, Chennai 600060. When we approached the showroom on the 17th November the staff there in turn directed us to the original place of issuance of Sim Cards. Therefore we contacted the Marketing Executive of Airtel Mr. Mohan from T Nagar Airtel Chennai (His mobile number 919840234576) on the 18th November who requested us to send the affected mobile numbers by SMS, which was done. On following up with him on the 19th November we were informed that by midnight it will be activated but till today it has not been activated and we have tried calling Mr. Mohan whoes mobile is ringing but it is not being answered. Perhaps he is no more with Airtel or Airtel is becomming more arrogant and complacent. We did not know where else we could place our complaint so we have detailed out here and we hope some action is taken to activate these lines immediately and also to improve the service.
