Abusing when refusing to accept their scheme

I am alok Srivastava using airtel prepaid mobile. Today at 5:40 PM a customer associate call me from 9794012345 number and told me some airtel scheme for caller tunes. When i refuse to accept their scheme then he starts abusing me, then i cut off the phone. After a while he call me again at 5:43 PM and starts abusing me again and told me that he will cancel my prepaid connection. After that call I became very much tensed. So please take some right kind of action against that person, so that he will not disturb me in future again..
