Higher rate even though recharge for Rs.77

Dear Sir,

i am Air-tel prepaid Sim holder getting the call rates @ Rs.2/minutes for local & Rs.1.50 for STD. even though recharged for Rs.77 on dated: 30/09. as you stated activate with 36 hrs even after 300 hrs the offer still not activated. i have given several complaint its no use please refer the complaint no.1002095394 DT:02/10, 1009155282 DT:09/10, 1009375403 Dt:09/10, 1013076769 Dt:13/10 & 1013262848 Dt:13/10. the Air-tel customer care person assured the problem as solved for confirmation i have easy recharged for Rs.50 still it as not activated, i am very much fed up with your poor service
