Disclosing call details

It is with utmost urgency that i state that my cellphone network, Airtel, has never maintained any confidentiality in my bill details. Time and again they have divulged my call details to all and sundry causing me immense harm and mental torture.they should have some level of personal verification before doing so. Please respond at earliest.
