Dear sir,

I have been charged Rs. 30 per month for "On Demand Service" by your company despite sending you an sms at 5432131030 towards the close of February, that I dont require the said service. I have therefore paid the bill for the period from 11 Feb to 10 March after deducting the said service charge which was forced on me against my express wish.

In future, I shal appreciate if customers wishes are strictly respected.
