I had asked a query to airtel customer care thru email but they had not even read the mail. But they replied as follows. They are having a poor customer response.the following mail shows how for they are servicing. Go thru the following reply from airtel and following mail written by me.

You have requested to refund the deposit amount for the mobile number 9994083797.
We would like to inform you that we are unable to process your request regarding refunb for the mobile number. We request you to revert with exact 10 digit mobile number to initiate further action in this regard.

My mobile number is 9600029197 and my number got disconnected due to address verification (shortstay payment). I got a bill for my usage of that number and I had paid that amount too.
Now you need to refund my deposit amount of Rs 300 for that number. Kindly transfer that amount to my another airtel number ie 9894526265.
