Disconnecting and weak network

I am using Airtel Datacard since December and since from then I have faced the problem 6 times. Even now the net connection is getting disconnected every after 5 minutes. I have registered the complaint with the Airtel Customer care on 13th May. It was told that it will be resolved within a week. Still the problem exists. I think the Airtel Data Card is the WORST data card in India. I would recommend the other users for staying away from it.
