I have taken Airtel Data card on 08/06/09 for unlimited access by paying Rs. 7500/- for six months from Haldia (WB) from an Airtel Data Card dealer. But from the first day there is no service. The highest speed is 0.35 to 1.45. I have incurred a heavy loss due to this slow service. Un-numbered calls and complaints made but of no use. The only reply is "we are looking into this and hope to solve the issue very soon." I have asked them to take back the device and make my refund. Taking into consideration that they have improved their services, I took this data card, but they have proved that I am wrong. I dont understand how they are running there nationwide service this this poor quality of service. Why they play with valued customers? Where is the end?
